KOSE is a legally registered Minority Education Open Board under Article 19(1), 29 & 30 of the Constitution of India, established under the guidelines of National Education Policy 1986, Government of India.
We operate under the Human Rights Protection Act, 1993 and are automatically recognized by all Government Departments. Our mission is to deliver quality open and distance education to disadvantaged sections, minorities, women, and working professionals.
